Who: Shane Victorino and The Great Gazoo.
Background: Shane Victorino, aka “The Flying Hawaiian”, is a professional baseball player who plays for the Philadelphia Phillies. The Great Gazoo is a cartoon character from The Flintstones.
Inspiration: While watching the NLCS I noticed that Shane’s helmet looks way too big for his head. Hence, the Great Gazoo reference.

Who: Bud Selig and Stephen Hawking.
Background: Bud Selig is the commissioner of Major League Baseball. He is know for implementing inter-league play as well as the introduction of playoff wild card teams. Stephen Hawking is famous physicist know for his contributions in cosmology, quantum gravity and black holes.
Fun fact: Today (08/28/2008) MLB began using instant replay to assist umpires in decisions over fair/foul balls and home runs/non-home runs. You may need slow-motion instant replay to tell Selig and Hawking apart!

Who: Lance Berkman and Bam Margera
Background: Lance Berkman is an MLB player for the Houston Astros. He has several nicknames including “Big Puma” and “Fat Elvis”. Bam Margera is a professional skateboarder and starred in Jackass. In 2006 Margera was also rumored to be involved with Jessica Simpson.

Who: Brett Favre and Geoff Jenkins.
Background: Brett Favre is an American football player on the New York Jets and most recently was the starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers from 1992 to 2007. Geoff Jenkins is a Major League Baseball player who currently plays for the Philadelphia Phillies. Jenkins previously played for the Milwaukee Brewers from 1998 until 2007.

Who: Axl Rose and Mark McGwire
Background: Axl Rose, known world-wide as the frontman and lead singer of L.A. rock band Guns N Roses. Mark McGwire, former major league baseball player who hit 70 home runs in one season, breaking the single season record in 1998.
